How does it all work?
After booking request for a car, you simply show up with your driving licence to collect the car on the day and at the place given to you by the system during the booking process.

Cancellations are allowed but are only approved on a case-by-case basis, at least 1 week (5 working days) before your actual day where admin fees may apply.
Why can’t I book cars more than 2 months in advance?
You may be able to book the car if the duration of your booking is more than one week. This is a common requirement requested by car rental companies in Singapore. The actual required duration may differ from company to company. To prevent confusion, we will instantly and automatically inform you of this requirement when you select the dates of your booking.
Is the car in the photo exactly the same as the car I will be collecting?
We work hard with our rental partners to try our best to provide you with the car that you have selected during booking. However, please note that for one in five bookings, the car provided to you on the actual day of pick up may vary slightly (particularly colour and options). The car provided to you will be of similar grade or of higher grade.
How do I know the booking is confirmed after the transfer is successful?
You can check the status of your booking.
- Go to your account dashboard by clicking “Account” at the top.
- Select “Bookings” on the left.
- Check the payment status for your booking.
Additionally, we will send you an email to confirm that the booking is successful once we receive payment for the booking.
